February 8th @10am: Coach Nash Workshop on Treating Back Pain and Maintenance
The workshop is for all members that know or have experienced any back pain or stiffness. This workshop is an amazing opportunity to learn about back stress and learning solutions on self treating back pain.

February 15th-16th: CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course (ONLY 7AM CrossFit Class)
The Level 1 provides an introductory education on the fundamental principles and movements of CrossFit. It is the starting point for anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness through effective training and nutritional strategies.

February 22nd @ 9-11am: Fight Club and BBQ
Time to group up with your favorite buddies and tackle 3 amazing workouts. BBQ potluck, beer, and friends! Test out your fitness with a bunch of your friends and celebrate with a beer after.

February 29th: 30 Nutrition Challenge with Coach Royce
Due to popular demand we are bringing back the 30 Day Nutrition Challenge ;). However this time around we are capping the group to only 8 members. Make sure to RSVP right away because it fills up.
This challenge is for members who need a little help and accountability or jumpstart there nutrition towards the right direction. We will launch this challenge with a seminar discussing the rules and guidelines on this challenge.
