January 18th and 19th: Hosting Level 2 CrossFit Coaching Seminar - Gym Open ONLY 7am class & Park WOD at 9am the 18th

The Level 2 Certificate Course is an intermediate-level course that builds on the concepts and movements introduced at the Level 1 Certificate Course. This course is ideally suited for any CrossFit trainer serious about delivering quality coaching. Level 2 participants enhance their understanding of the CrossFit methodology, program design, and implementation. They also advance their skills while coaching others in movements and workouts.

Saturday the 25th: Hosting a Goal Setting Workshop - Everyone is Welcome

Join the Goal Setting Workshop with Coach Altobell. Where we discuss the 5 areas that play a massive role in optimizing health and wellness. The talk is perfect for everyone from improving life as a parent, professional athlete in a sport or improving in a career path. Talk begins at 10am at the seminar room! =)
