Nevada Fitness does it again! This box is by far one of the best in all of Las Vegas. This last weekend was the 4th time that I visited. Nevada Fit St. Rose is the place to be if you want to see fast results in a fun, family atmosphere. Not only do the coaches take time before the workout to get you nice and warm but they keep you motivated throughout the entire workout. They have workshops throughout the month to help take you to the next level whether it’s in the mental, food, workout or recovery area.
